Cellular Transformation Aftercare Program
What to expect before, during, and after a Cellular Transformation Workshop:
Before
When you sign up for a CT workshop (or within the two week period before the workshop begins), the light may start unlocking and unraveling specific issues that you are ready to transform. This may show up in the form of irritability, feelings of numbness, disconnection, heaviness, resistance, or physical symptoms that you may not usually experience. This is normal and will likely get stronger as the event draws closer.
Recommendation: Trust the process and relax into your experience, knowing that everything is in divine order.
During
In the early stages of the workshop, it is completely normal to feel a lot of numbness, disconnection, heaviness, and resistance. This is a sign that the energy is working. It will get much lighter as you progress through the days.
It is also normal to feel out of control when old defense mechanisms and subsequent traumas are dissolved and transformed in the CT field. This can feel disorientating, vulnerable, scary, and a bit surreal at first. Again, this is to be expected and will settle with time.
Recommendation: Breathing, staying in the moment, and being sure to connect with those around you. Try to remember that this is all part of the transformational process. Grounding yourself with a kitchen shift, swim, or a walk in the woods will do wonders.
After
Coming out of a CT event, the common feelings are powerful levels of expansion, light, joy, openness, love, and connection. However, in some cases, you may feel disorientated and taxed due to massive energetic and cellular shifts and the unfamiliar degree of expansion that is taking place in your system. To support you during this powerful post-workshop period (where you continue to heal and awaken for quite some time) we have put in place an “Aftercare Program” to help you navigate and integrate your post CT Workshop experience and to bring awareness and support to any challenges you may encounter. The Aftercare Program will be in effect for 4 weeks after the workshop.
Aftercare Program
We encourage you to be kind to yourself in the days coming out of the CT workshop. Having time for yourself and not planning too much or jumping straight back into work mode, will help integrate the workshop experience into your body and life.
The transformational energies worked with in CT often unravel ego defenses, which the ego doesn’t like so much. As a result, the ego may act up post-workshop in an attempt to regain solidity and control. This typically shows up in two particular ways: a) By making yourself wrong, self-judging, self-criticizing, feeling intense layers of shame, regret or doubt at times, and convincing you of why you should revert to your old status quo. And, b) By attempting to blame or make wrong the person, place, or circumstances that exposed, confronted, and challenged the ego in the first place. It is important to note that ALL OF THIS IS NORMAL AND TO BE EXPECTED as part of the transformational process. There is nothing wrong with you for experiencing this.
Recommendation: Try to not make these voices real by not giving them energy. Remember that this is the ego wanting to hold onto itself. Continue practicing Transformational Prayer as learned in the CT workshop, by consistently asking Spirit to “unlock and transform” what you are feeling. Reach out for connection to your peers from the workshop (they will be more likely to understand what you are feeling than someone who was not at the workshop). Go for walks in nature or move your energy in any possible way to allow the overwhelming thoughts and feelings to pass on through. Practice self-compassion rather than dwelling on the inner critic.
The CT Team recommends making use of the AFTERCARE NETWORK (see below), especially if you experience any of the following challenges:
You feel overwhelmed or separate at a level where you need some support.
You are starting to question the process, yourself, and/or your sanity.
You are feeling extremely doubtful or mistrustful of the work that you did in the workshop or of particular things that people said to you.
You are dealing with a crippling sense of shame.
In each of these situations, we strongly recommend that you make use of the aftercare network for support, feedback, guidance, and extra loving care.
Aftercare Network
- Spirit Buddy System
The CT Facilitator Team will assign you one or two Spirit Buddies as your personal friendly support network. You and your Spirit Buddies will be connected for 4 weeks post-workshop. However, we only ask for one mandatory call/meet-up during this four-week period, approximately after two weeks post-workshop (suggested call structure below). How you connect before and after this mandatory meeting will be decided amongst yourselves during the workshop (based on your availability and personal preferences). Your Spirit
Buddy team will be the first port of call if or when any of you need some clarity, help, or support. The teams will be announced during the workshop, and we encourage you to connect with one another, not only to exchange contact details and schedule your call, but to also begin the support process by gently and lovingly keeping an eye on one another as the workshop unfolds.
Suggested call structure (approx. 1hr 15 min): Open with quick hellos and 5 minutes of silence. Spend approx. 20 minutes on each person (10 minutes sharing how you’re doing/10 minutes for others to reflect back with support/feedback). Close with a minute (or more) of silence. This is an opportunity to share your insights, revelations, struggles, and concerns. If you’re having a hard time, share it. If you’re in need of help, ask. If you’re in bliss and joy, share that too!
PLEASE NOTE that you or your Spirit Buddies are not expected to play the role of therapist. If any one of you is struggling at a level that cannot be remedied within this informal setting, we strongly recommend that you reach out, as soon as possible, and schedule a private session with one of the CT Facilitator Team members (Sidhamo Flyr, Kanika Frings, or Charlotte Uslar. Details here: https://www.jennifermillar.org/ct-facilitators).
If you are concerned about one of your Spirit Buddies because they are not responding to texts or showing up for calls, please inform one of the CT Facilitator Team members as soon as possible.
- Online CT Integration Circle
The CT Facilitator Team will offer an Online CT Integration Circle, via Zoom, approximately 4 weeks after the event, (for the specific workshop participants only). This online event will cost €50 and last 3 hours (without Jennifer present). The CT Integration Circle is a space where we can reconnect, ask questions, offer further support, and address any deeper issues that one may be dealing with. The objective is not to process with every single individual, but to deepen into a space of connection and trust. The dates of the Online CT Integration Circle will be discussed/announced at the end of the Workshop.
- Private session with one of the CT Facilitators (OPTIONAL)
If you feel that you are struggling with deeper issues and need more support, you may reach out for a private session with one of the CT facilitators at any time (cost €125). The CT Facilitator Team adheres to strict confidentiality and commits to treating your personal information and healing process with the utmost respect and care, aiming to provide the most aligned, informed, and effective care possible during the session and to support your continued growth and healing within the CT modality.
PLEASE NOTE, we are fully aware that another modality may offer more adequate and appropriate support at various stages during this aftercare period, in which case we would do our best to help you source the most suitable modality and practitioner of your choice.
I hereby confirm that I have read the CT Aftercare Program carefully. I am aware that the CT Aftercare Program is in place to offer support and to help me integrate my experience in the weeks and months after attending a CT event.
I understand that the post-workshop phase is an important and integral part of the healing process and I hereby commit to taking full responsibility and ownership of my integration process by utilizing the CT Aftercare Program as intended.
